Children: Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. A travel crib can be provided upon request, depending on availability.
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund is possible.
The cabin is equipped with satellite internet, a Smart TV, and a Netflix account. Cable TV is not available.
All rooms include heating & cooling AC units and partial underfloor heating.
Pets:
Guests are welcome to bring one dog per cabin free of charge. For any other type of pet, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Any damage caused by pets must be compensated by the guest, and this condition is automatically accepted by completing the booking. Any such issues will be reported in writing within 24 hours after departure.
Meals:
Our farm-to-table breakfast baskets and dinner service are provided by our partner, Börzsöny Food és Transz Kft.Meals can be ordered exclusively via the ZAMA Forest Resort website or by email.
Besides the listed standard and gluten-free options, we unfortunately cannot offer lactose-free, vegetarian, or vegan meals. Thank you for your understanding.
