Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. In such cases, the full booking amount will be refunded. Within 30 days of arrival, no refund is possible.
The cabin is equipped with satellite internet, a Smart TV, and a Netflix account. Cable TV is not available.
All rooms are equipped with heating & cooling AC units and partial underfloor heating.
Children:
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge. A travel crib can be provided upon request, depending on availability. No extra beds are available in the cabin.
Pets:
One dog per cabin is welcome free of charge. For any other kind of pet, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Any damage caused by the pet must be compensated by the guest, which is automatically accepted when confirming the booking. Any such damage will be reported in writing within 24 hours after departure.
Coffee Machine:
A Nespresso Vertuo (large capsule) machine is available. Coffee capsules are provided, but if you drink a lot of coffee, you may want to bring a few extras.
Meals:
The farm-to-table breakfast basket and dinner service are provided by our partner Börzsöny Food és Transz Kft.Meals can be ordered exclusively via the ZAMA Forest Resort website or by email.
Apart from the listed standard and gluten-free options, we unfortunately cannot provide lactose-free, vegetarian, or vegan meals. Thank you for your understanding.
