Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. In this case, the full booking amount will be refunded. Within 30 days of arrival, no refunds can be issued.
The accommodation features satellite internet, a Smart TV, and a Netflix account. Cable TV is not available.
All rooms are equipped with heating & cooling air conditioning units and partial underfloor heating.
Children:
Children up to the age of 3 stay free of charge. A travel crib can be provided upon request, depending on availability. Extra beds are not available in the cabin.
Pets:
One dog per cabin is welcome free of charge. For any other kind of animal, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Any damage caused by the pet must be compensated by the guest, which is automatically accepted by confirming the booking. Any such damage will be reported in writing within 24 hours after departure.
Coffee Machine:
A Nespresso Krups machine (small capsule) is provided. Capsules are included, but if you’re a heavy coffee drinker, it’s recommended to bring a few extras.
Meals:
The farm-to-table breakfast baskets and dinner service are provided by our partner, Börzsöny Food és Transz Kft.Meals can be ordered exclusively via the ZAMA Forest Resort website or by email.
Apart from the listed standard and gluten-free options, we unfortunately cannot provide lactose-free, vegetarian, or vegan meals. Thank you for your understanding.
